CV_Wilmer

Thomas  Wilmer  is  a  professor  of  information  law  at  the  University  of  Applied  Sciences  in  Darmstadt,  Germany.  He  studied  in  Heidelberg,  where  he  also  worked  at  the  Institute  of  Criminology  Law.  Later  on  he  worked  as  a  lawyer  starting  with  the  first  internet  cases  in  Germany  in  1994.  At  the  University  his  focus  is  on  Licence  Law,  E-Commerce  Law  and  Data  Protection  Media    Law.  He  is  particularly  interested  in  international  cooperation  projects  and  the  legal  aspects of modern business models.
